Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and Returns for Products and Services under a FREE trial period. 

The good news is that most of the products and services have a trial period associated with them. You pay only when you like the product or service during the trial period. So  refunds are not applicable for Products and Services under a trial period.

Since we offer you the trial period and our team starts working the moment we receive your order,  cancellations are not allowed.

Partial refunds after trial period.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a partial refund, you must share a valid reason. You get 60% of the purchase amount refund of the entire amount if not satisfied.

Certain products and services are exempt from being returned such as Smart Resume, Consultation session 

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase alongwith a request mail at contact@creativehrquantum.com with a valid reason.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your partial refund of 60% of the purchase amount will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Purchases during Sale or Offers(if applicable)
Only regular priced services or products may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace services or digital product if there is a technical reason at our end or under exceptional cases. You need to , send us an email at contact@creativehrquantum.com , 

The time it may take for your refund or exchange may vary for different services or products.
